Easy to order true sizes no need to order bigger sizes very good quality only problem was how long your order takes to reach you approx 3/4 weeks

Very bad experience when I first time shop in the wander shop online. I placed my order the green chef wok 2 weeks ago(Date: 29/03/2025
Order ID: 000165963, the dealer KatrinBJ Pte Ltd) but no delivery after 1 weeks. Then I called the wander shop. The staff told me the wok I ordered is already out of stock and advise me to change to other bundle. Because I need it urgently, I accept their suggestion. I told them to deliver asap as I need it. After a week still no news, I called the wander shop again, the staff said the dealer can’t deliver to me by this week, and the order cancel!
Firstly, they have to inform the customer once the stock is out. But very strange we still can place our order online.
Secondly, delay and delay the delivery parcel as they said only 3-5 days delivery.
Thirdly, the whapchat staff also break promises when said want to reply my text. And give no assistance when I ask for the channel to write in the wander shop.
Totally disappointed the wander shop service, I will never buy again from this shop, wasting my time for 2 weeks! Cause me so inconvenience and still said the refund is after 2 weeks! 😡😡😡
