"I want my money back"

You do not answer emails. I emailed stating the machine dose not work. I wanted a return nothing. give people what they pay for. answer emails. and return there money. Its just wrong.

Their costumer service is excellent. They emailed me to make sure I ordered the right part for my machine, answer my questions in a matter of hours and the person whom I was chatting with was very professional. So, far the part has been working and it came in an excellent condition. Over all, in the future if they have the item I am looking for I will definitely buy from them.
