I tried to cancel my order and nobody replied! I wanted a higher unit now I have this small unit I did not want
Update:
Company did respond eventually due to my cancellation request going somewhere else but they did respond once received. I was able to return and get what I wanted. They did help to my satisfaction and that was appreciated but I’m still waiting on my refund. I will update once that is received
2nd update! The company responded timely and has sent the refund. I appreciate their timely action on this. I purchased a different init and look forward to using that. I will review that later. Overall satisfied with the customer service here so far!

I love my machine but I didn't receive the red light belt with purchase and almost forgot it came with it and there was nothing in writing stating that it would be shipped from China and out of stock in the US.But I reached out and recieved a quick response so will be expecting a shipment soon.

I received a fast response when I was missing the holders on the machine I purchased. Amelia replied fast and had the part shipped with no extra cost. I haven’t had a chance to use the machine due to my busy schedule, but hopefully I’ll update you soon.
