I am very upset with the fact that i never got a tracking number for be able to see where my order was until it arrived and i asked about it. Lot of marketing emails but no tracking number emails. The product is great but even with a tip, there was not so good of service. I got lots of "please review this product" emails along with "buy these other things" emails which really upset me in the end with how poorly it was all handled.

Customer Service was responsive and helpful in tracking down a package delayed in delivery. Initially ordered a canvas print of “Could I have this dance” by Ann Murray, which was played for our wedding dance 37 years ago - ordered as a Christmas gift in late November but by mid Dec had not arrived by the promised delivery date. Having the USPS tracking number was good but no updates after Dec 7.
Within a few days of contacting Aeticon customer service the package moved in transit. Unfortunately didn’t arrive until day after Christmas, but with the final product in hand my bride was very pleased and completed a Merry Christmas!
Without Aeticon intervening I fear I still wouldn’t have my package.

"All I have received is empty apologies "
I wrote a review a month ago about the horrendous experience I was having. I still have not received the item I ordered for Christmas back in November. I keep getting vague messages from various people with no real information. No tracking information. When I put in my order number nothing generates. I have asked if there is a new order number but when someone finally replies to my inquiry, I get a response but not any specific details or answers to the questions I asked. I see on this site someone responds to only certain post, yet mine was ignored. The original review was posted weeks ago also.
