"Never Again"

I am beginning to think that all of these positive reviews are fabricated, especially the ones about prompt delivery. I ordered a military bomber jacket on Christmas Day and got an email 3 days later saying that the order had been received. January 9 I got another email stating that my order was “almost there” including a tracking number which is vague and useless. I sent another email stating my displeasure and got a response within an hour that I would be contacted the next business day and that has not happened. I will never do business with this company again and would strongly encourage others not to as well.

I was extremely pleased how quickly the blanket I ordered got to my daughter in Canada. Just in time for her birthday. The quality is beautiful. I reordered a blanket for my son in law. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size . After emailing the company, they were quick to respond to me and offered me a nice discount for my reorder. I will highly recommend them to all my friends and family. It has been a very satisfying experience.

I ordered a Hoodia, and it looked so nice. Then, I tried it on, and it was just a little snug. So, I contacted the customer service, and asked what was wrong. When I explained that the garment was a bit snug, they told me not to worry, that they would send me a larger one. Unbelievable, hassle free. I just received my new one yesterday. I like doing business with people that stand behind their products. I'm telling all of my friends about it.

Package went from California to New Jersey. Then went to Atlanta just to come to North Carolina. Shipping took intirly to long. You need to offer faster shipping choices.

"Where did it come from"

The item arrived well packaged and on time. We are very pleased with the quality of the finish. The only unsettling thing was the corporate structure. We thought we were buying from the USA with a California contact phone and a Midwest Corporate phone. It was delivered wrapped in Vietnamese shipping tape and posted from the United Kingdom.
