"Automation only gets you so far!"

Originally this was a lower rating given there was a mix up with my order however, the follow up that was done after the fact and time taken to right the wrong was above and beyond my expectation. It wasn't a automated robot given me vague answers it was a real human who was contacting me and ensuring I was happy with the end result. Thank you!

This hat is NOT 3D as advertised, it’s just like an iron on stencil. Also, the lettering and rank is very small, someone has to be really close to read it. This was a waste of money.

Custom Military Hat - I recently ordered a custom military hat that allowed my name, date of service and rank to be included with branch of military service. The customer service was excellent and when I received my hat I was impressed with the look and quality.

This is a scam. They provided a false usps tracking number, their social media profiles are fake and all reviews are falsified. Don’t be a victim of this scam.

Rug arrived square folded in a badly damaged package which left heavy wear lines in the thin carpet.

The rug we ordered was falsely advertised as a Pinnacle Contour rug when in fact it was a cheap knockoff printed copy of unbelievably poor quality. It’s not a woven rug, is thin as paper and no where near the color advertised. They refuse to take responsibility for the item so it’s going in the trash and I’m out $130…
