I had a bit of a mix up on delivery addresses which turned into a bit of a palava and my parcel having been sent from pillar to post it didn’t arrive in the best of conditions or on the time given , the condition of that though I feel DPD was solely responsible for and not brighthouse themselves, the customer service and being kept up to date was brilliant they did try and do as much as they could on they’re side so for that that is why I give my 5 star review

I ordered aa 32in tv from brighton britehouse on 19thdecember and was expecting it to be delivered yesterday 6th January it wasn't delivered rang today and was hanging on the phone for 10 minutes then I was cut off. rang three more times was cut off three times how rude so I went to the shop in London road and got my money back. I paid cash no apology just an embarristed manager I said if I hadn't been cut off the phone three times I wouldn't have to cancel ordered tv he just said sorry I don't know what happened the funny thing about it my son came down stairs and said that particular branch had 5 bad reviews on Google now it's six.

IS ALRIGHT IF UR ON LOW INCOME I HAVE REFUSING TO FIX MY PHONE WITH OUT PROVIDING A CURTOUSY PHONE WHEN THE DAMAGE TO MY HANDSET IS FROM THERE PREVIOUS REPAIR BUT I NEED A HANDSET SO TILL IM OFFERD A TEMPORARY PHONE I HAVE TO KEEP PAYING FOR A BROKEN PHONE IM ALSO PAYING THE INSURAMCE TO HAVE FIXED ASLO TAKES AGES TO GET ITEMS BK FROM REPAIR SENT TO STORE INSTEAD OF BEING DELIVERED BACK TO CUSTOMER
THERE PRIVIOUS SCREEN REPAIR THEY DIDNT ATTATCH THE REAR CASE PROPERLY SO IT IS NO LIFTING AWAY FROM THE PHONE
