DANGER!! DANGER!!
PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH!!!
BRIGHTHOUSE/ CAVERSHAM FINANCE ARE THE BIGGEST BUNCH OF CROOKS GOING!!!
I WENT BANKRUPT OVER A YEAR AGO AND ALL OF MY DEBTS WHICH INCLUDED THE DREADED BRIGHTHOUSE WERE PLACED ONTO MY BANKRUPTCY ORDER.
AFTER 1 YEAR ALL!!!!! ALLL !!!! OF MY DEBTS WERE WROTE OFF INCLUDING THE PIRATES FROM BRIGHTHOUSE/CAVERSHAM FINANCE.
HOWEVER, THE PLOT THICKENS!! I WAS TOLD BY THE OFFICIAL RECEIVER THAT THE ONLY DEBTS THAT CANT BE WROTE ARE
CSA
FINES FROM A JUDGE
AND ANYTHING TO DO WITH GOVERNMENT FUNDS AND TAXES.

BUT BRIGHTHOUSE AND CAVERSHAM FINANCE BELIEVE THAT THEY ARE ALSO PART OF THIS LIST!!
THEY HAVE REFUSED TO RECOGNISE THE BANKRUPTCY ORDER AND CONTINUE TO CHASE ME FOR THE DEBT AND ADD OVERDUE PAYMENTS TO MY CREDIT FILE.

I HAVE AGAIN SPOKE TO THE OFFICIAL RECEIVER AND CITIZENS ADVICE WHO HAVE CONFIRMED THAT BRIGHTHOUSE
AND CAVERSHAM FINANCE ARE TOTALLY IN THE WRONG AND THIS DEBT NO LONGER EXISTS!!!!!! EXCEPT FOR IN THEIR HEADS!!!
EVERY TIME WE CONTACT THEM WE ARE TOLD A TOTALLY DIFFERENT STORY FROM THEIR SO CALLED TRAINED STAFF AND ARE ALWAYS LIED TO!!!!
NO WONDER THEIR BUSINESSES KEEP GOING DOWN THE DRAIN WITH THE MUPPETS THEY HAVE WORKING FOR THEM!!!!
ANY WAY THE OFFICIAL RECEIVER, FINANCIAL OMBUDSMAN AND CITIZENS ADVICE ARE BACK ON THEIR CASE ALONG WITH MY OWN SOLICITOR.
I'LL KEEP YOU ALL WEEKLY UPDATED.

BUT PLEASE CHECK THE SMALL PRINT FOR ANYTHING TO DO WITH BRIGHTHOUSE OR CAVERSHAM FINANCE!!

"Please please avoid!"

Please please avoid!! They sell sub standard tat for way too much money! Got a laptop with cover and the screen broke so I decided to utilise my cover and drop it off for repair….they deemed it beyond economical repair and threw it away without consulting me……all this whilst still taking payment for it and didn’t think to tell me so after weeks and weeks I asked and was then finally told! Terrible outfit and should be shut down! I spoke with someone on the phone finally and she was rude and made out it was my fault for not reading fine print….well I’m sorry but cover means exactly that…cover! Not we’ll throw It away and not tell you whilst still having money off you, utter disgrace

I've just read the reviews by all the other customers and all I see is people getting the same response of "ring this number we're here to help". Biggest load of crap ever, even when you get through they don't care about the fault of the product all they're bothered about is getting your money they have absolutely no duty of care by any standards. After speaking to alot of people in trading standards the answer is easy STOP PAYING THIS FAILING BUSINESS THAT WILL NEVER DO ANYTHING TO HELP YOU.

STAY CLEAR I have got a washing machine of these the washing machine has been leaking from the day I got this now they expect me to sit here and wait 4 working days all payment will be stopped and they can take the washing machine back

"Crap"

Really bad company my tv broke through no fault of my own but because I didn’t break it myself the company refuse to help I have 3 small children one of which has a disability and enjoys the tv as stimulating but I am expected to still pay for a product that no longer works appalling customer service would not recommend

"Brighthouse is overpriced tat"

Brighthouse is overpriced tat! I got a corner sofa from them and within weeks the frame broke, then the recliner cable broke. Finally got them to send out someone to fix it only to be told that he'd have to order the part to fix it. After waiting weeks I called them and was told that it was unfixable so it would be replaced (fair enough) in the meantime I'm still paying for a broken sofa. More weeks passed, eventually I was told they couldn't get hold of the same sofa so they sent me pictures of what they had instead, so I chose a completely different sofa. Eventually they came to take the old sofa away and replaced it with the "new" ones, only they weren't new, they were indeed second hand and have a broken arm!! Not happy that I still have to pay full price for a second hand broken sofa, the decent thing to do would be to knock some off my bill! Appalling service!

I am a Brighthouse customer,I am up to date with payments with very little to pay. How can it be that they are still trading and hiding behind an administration order to avoid paying what they owe people ??. They have brought misery on many low income families. They should be closed down by the FCA as Wonga was.

"Thieving brighthouse"

Absolute horrible set of people who work there rude and act like the repairs are coming out of their own pockets for a switch smashed screen and a company that is on par with British gas for being thieves nintendo got broken by kids accidentally screen banged in a few places wouldn't charge properly and joycons not connecting and we've been paying insurance since the day we got it will and now saying miss use that's what children do and that's why we pay for insurance for this reason it's never happened before with anything we've got from these scumbags and now all they have done is break our kids hearts because we can't afford another anytime soon after buying 4 new games to have a broken Nintendo sent back and our money taken really hope these people sleep well at night really bad company stay away from these robbers

"I've had a sofa for 3 years,just moved…"

I've had a sofa for 3 years,just moved house and it doesn't fit my new lounge. One of the sofas had sagged a little due to general wear and tear but otherwise in great condition. I want to give back the sofas to be told I carnt because they are faulty,in 3 years they are going to have general wear.I know the real reason is that they don't have shops anywhere and carnt resell the sofas!

I've had a dryer a year and 5 months it's broke . They won't come and look at it I pay insurance and they said that covers theift or fire . But if I get some one to look at it all insurance void. So I've a dryer I've to pay and can not use . I feel like I've been miss sold this insurance
