J ai jamais été livré..leur faisant part de la situation, ils m ont tout simplement renvoyer me demer**r avec mondial Relay ..

Évidemment eux aussi ils vont pas se gêner ..rien fait .

"Product not Delivered"

The product I ordered has never arrived. On the delivery date I have received an e-mail saying they were unable to access the pick-up location where they were supposed to drop the product. Are you kidding me? They cannot access their own pick-up locations... Also, the e-mail said I can choose a different delivery option but no option was available. Of course they didn't reimburse me for the product.

A pesar de las malas opiniones decidí pedir el dia 09/09 y ayer 15/09 me llegó al punto de recogida. Todo bien, llego en perfecto estado y muy rápido y los precios muy buenos. Estoy encantada sin duda volveré a pedir aquí.

Useless customer service!
I've placed an order on the 19th of August, the parcel got lost. After contacting the customer service, and asked for the refund, they sent me another parcel, despite I didn't need it anymore.
I wouldn't recommend to buy from this website.

Des escrocs! nous avons acheté un produit et en avons reçu un autre ( deux fois moins cher que ce que j'ai payé). aucune discussion possible . on nous fait passer pour des menteurs nous indiquant ne pas avoir le produit reçu. C'est Scandaleux. N'allez pas sur leur site

"Rubbish customer service"

Great products, however APPALLING customer service. Despite also being advised that you can write a review on their website after placing an order, there is no such option. I was due to receive a selection of products yesterday 01/08/22. When it did not arrive, I queried it and was told it had been rejected by customs. Note, I had to contact them. Unfortunately, I really need the products, so have had to arrange for a new delivery which could take up to 7 days. There is no offer of any compensation of any sort, not even for the original delivery charges. It's clear that customer service is not a focus for Cocoon Centre. The options are either a refund or reissue the order and wait. Being particularly customer focussed myself, it's unlikely I will order from them again.

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY"

Had an issue and was dealt with by Lauriane, a junior member of staff who replied to an email, she got all the facts incorrect, lied to me, reassured me the matter would be resolved, then emailed to say that no resolution would be forthcoming, do not use this company, very unprofessional, practice immorally and against legal guidelines. The company is being reported to all governing authorities and legal action will be commenced. Further the staff member was rude, uninformed and unhelpful.

"OTTIMA ESPERIENZA"

Inizialmente ero scettico visto le recensioni negative, invece è andato tutto bene. La spedizione è arrivata anche prima del previsto con ottimo imballaggio e ho acquistato integratori francesi non venduti in Italia. Sono molto soddisfatto e ripeterò certamente gli acquisti presso Cocooncenter. Il mio giudizio è OTTIMO.

"Compré unos envases de comida para…"

Compré unos envases de comida para bebés, me los enviaron pero, por culpa del transportista, llegaron después de casi 2 semanas, rotos, aplastados y en mal estado.
Envié a Cocooncenter 4 fotos para que me devolvieran el dinero y luego lo tiré todo: apestaba.
Ahora Cocooncenter se niega a devolverme el dinero porque dice que debería haber fotografiado los paquetes uno por uno.
