Con Cocoon center tutto chiarito ! l'impossibilità di contatto è derivata da un mio incredidibile errore di scrittura della mia email. Rimediato il quale tutto è stato perfetto e questo fa si che ora considero Cocoon center un riferimento valido e affidabile per i miei futuri acquisti !

"Customer service a joke"
One item was missing from my £85 order, the cheapest item of about £3.50. It was only a small thing so I didn’t realise until later. When I did after about a week or so, I wrote to the customer centre to notify them of this error and ask for the item to be reposted. With other web stores this is usually a non-issue, they review the order, apologise profusely, replace the item with no fuss - all for the sake of retaining a valuable customer. That’s clearly not the ethics of this online establishment. The customer service wrote back requiring me to submit more documents than is required to get a passport:
- A clear copy of your ID (recto + verso)
- A handwritten and signed letter indicating the facts, including : the order number, the parcel number, the reference of the item.
- A picture of the products and parcel received.
Not only is this requirement a complete nuisance, archaic (a hand-written letter?!), absolutely disproportionate to the nature of the issue, it’s simply not safe to email a copy of your ID. When I responded offering to show them the requisite documents over a zoom call if they needed to validate my identity, they didn’t reply.
Customer service is everything. This was first and last order from cocooncentre, and I’d strongly recommend against it.

Order was not delivered. Contacted Cocoon but got no reply, despite my many emails. I was able to claim the money back via my credit card in the end - but what a hassle. And it meant I had to buy what I wanted somewhere else.

"Really pleased with Cocooncenter"
Really pleased with Cocooncenter. The website offered great products at a very good price. The threshold for free delivery seems a bit high though. Delivery took nearly 2 weeks, but everything I had ordered was delivered intact.

"Worst customer service I have…"
Worst customer service I have experienced. They don’t want to take any responsibility. The courier Evri assured me I was still on time to change the final delivery address since they had the parcel in their depot still, but I would have to contact Cocoon Center- but guess what? Cocoon center was on holiday (French holiday though they sell to UK, weird), so by the time Cocoon customer service got back to me, they wash their hands and say they can’t help! Horrible service, rude service and especially NOT reliable!
