Paula was responsible for organising a break in Spain for a young man who uses a wheelchair full time. Everything during the process was prompt, organised with great attention to detail. My favourite part was receiving the important travel documents in chronological order posted out to us prior to our departure. We had lots of extra requests to deal with and Paula handled our demands like a pro! Paula was on hand and contactable at all hours to make sure everything was going smoothly before we even took off, during our holiday and again when we landed.
