"My order went to the wrong customer"

My order was sent to another one of your customers in error! After numerous of ignored emails explaining this I called and was told they couldnt do anything till it was delivered! I called again when it was delivered and explained I needed the kit for that saturday! You were not willing to send me another kit and I had to wait. When it finally got delivered on Monday I asked if we could have some free balls to make up for the error!
I was told I could have one ball on my next order! I thought this was poor considering I didnt get the kit on time and it caused me a lot of inconvenience in phones calls etc!

If I'm honest the new ones seemed a thinner material to those same ones we purchased a few years ago -sign of the times I suppose. They weren't expensive.
