The staff are well mannered, patient, competent and very much intune with the customer needs. These guys were absolutely perfect at all stages from consult, to purchse, to finished product. I wanted a particular sgian dubh with a particular crest and a particular engraving. All I heard was yes, we can, of course, will that be all? If I knew the product was going to be this perfect I would have asked for an end to world hunger! I cannot fault the service or the finished product. Miles, John and the Team are truly excellent at what they do.
It is true I paid for the Sgian Dubh but I didn't know it would come with a good weight, excellent balance and the "feel" of a weapon. This is what going above and beyond feels like. Soaring above mediocre and into the stratosphere of heavenly craftsmanship. Thank you John and Miles
