"Rosso Nobile: excellent after sale support"

[Edited] We bought the Rosso Nobile fragrant. We were at first disappointed with the (lack of) fragrance it dissipated: even after flipping the sticks upside down (which we do frequently), the scent was still almost not noticeable.
After contacting the client support service, it was determined that our fragrance bottle originated from an older production batch. I quote: “Therefore, time may have had an impact on the potency of the fragrance. Therefore, time may have had an impact on the potency of the fragrance”. Therefore, our diffuser was replaced with an entirely new bottle.
Also, we were recommended to use the supplied black sticks, which have a better performance of diffusing the scent - which turns out to be really the case. So we’re now very happy with our diffuser.
The communication with the support responsible was very polite and helpful. So I’m very glad to change my original score to a 5* one. Keep up the good work!

The website was easy to navigate, the order system the same. Delivery was prompt too.
The packaging was excellent, thoughtful and beautiful, as were the products, which cannot be beaten.

Very disappointed with the follow-up marketing and subsequent communication with Customer Service where they gave the wrong information.
This, unfortunately, has given a very poor impression of Dr Vranjes. As a result I have unsubscribed from the Newsletter and will not be ordering again.
