Expected delivery time wasn't time good products any issue with returns/refunds prompt very good. My only feedback would be on the website was where I purchased wallet case for my home especially when it was not black other bright colours should be more distinctive enhanced to represent the different tonal colours in these cases

I was in touch with Valentina, via the Facebook page of this company, I ordered a PS5 and was promised delivery later that day and I just had to send a screenshot of the payment i made. They refused to deliver despite the promise that they would when all they needed was a screenshot. They said they had to wait until Monday when transfer arrived. So we cancelled the transfer and sent another one via our common bank for it to arrive immediately. Again with delivery promised that day and it still didn't arrive. They apologised saying they will include a free game to make up for the false promise and I was happy to accept as I lost trust already. I keep being told to expect delivery later that day, only to ask later on where is it and only receive an excuse. The following day another excuse wad given and only after I kept asking where my package was.. I wish they would at least inform of an issue before I ask and find out.
This has happened 4 times on 4 different days.

It is as if your employee asked me to send my money to their private bank account and its now a week later and I still haven't gotten my ps5 and i honestly feel scammed. I requested proof that they even attempted to deliver the package and they are not writing back to me since i asked that!! I am getting the guards involved. I want my money back. This was for my sons birthday present and i wish I went to smyths originally because I don't have another spare 400 euro to buy him one until I get my money back. Don't make promises you can't keep.
