"Adding Delivery cost when Advertising FREE DELIVERY!"

Trying to order an item from them that clearly states FREE DELIVERY ON THIS PRODUCT, however, when I proceed to checkout, it adds £6.99 delivery charge. I have emailed them regarding this, and have been informed that free delivery does not apply to this proctor as it falls just below £99.00, but they are still showing FREE DELIVERY on their website.

Very poor customer service, should admit they have made a mistake, rectify the issue, and give me free postage as they are advertising.

I would not recommend using this website - very amateurish service. I ordered and paid for a strimmer only to be told late the next day that they don't deliver to Scotland - this despite claiming to offer free delivery to the "UK mainland". As far as I know, Scotland is part of the UK and I don't live on an island.
