I'm aggrieved that I have to give them one star because they don't even deserve that! I would go so far as to say they have been the worst company to deal with I have ever had the misfortune to come into contact with. I am one of the lucky ones who have actually received my brush cutter........... it only took 7 months and countless emails and numerous phone calls. This is only due to persistence and I complained directly to Stihl head office.

Scammers, do not buy from them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Take your money then nothing, can’t call or email as no response. They will try and tell you they have internet and phone issues ( seen on FB page), what a load of bull ****. If you have company you do everything you can to make sure you have connections with customers. Only thing left to do is go and visit shop and have it out face to face.

Ordered Stihl secateurs battery and charger back in July, emailed them and tried ringing, initially they replied by email and said thank you for your patience, back order etc. Still nothing and now no response to emails tried ringing and goes dead and rings out on other line, I emailed asking for reimbursement and still no response.

Do not buy from this company , i ordered an extension piece for my GTA26 pruner on the 13th Dec 2024 . And still have not recieved the goods or a refund , its 8 weeks this Friday. They will not answer the phone and only had 2 e-mails saying they will sort it . They have stolen £83 of
me now . I wish i could give them a star rating off -5. Update , over 3 months now and still no goods or refund .

Hi, I have sent multiple emails, no reply, tried to call, no answer.
I still have not received the refund for the two orders that I cancelled, and you said the refund would be in my bank within 5 days, that was 2 weeks ago.

I would like my refund please!
I will keep emailing and pestering you for another week, after that I will have no choice but to contact Trading Standards!

Do not buy from this company. Ordered a product from them in June last year, never turned up, agreed to reimburse me in November and not had any contact since. I have no other option now to contract trading standards and commence legal proceedings. Do not use this company !!!

I would give no stars. What a scam company, do not use. They take your money and don't deliver the goods. Parts ordered, money paid but now they're not even answering the phone. Email communication always comes up with excuses from them as to why goods haven't been dispatched, asked for refund- not materialised. Goods ordered 06/01/25.

My experience much the same as others - Ordered a mower on 6th Jan 25 . Now after repeated emails and excuses they are not replying to me , so I have now opened a dispute with Paypal for a refund.

I ordered a hedge trimmer 1 September 2024. I’ve asked for a refund but no response. They are happy to take your hard-earned money and not deliver the goods. Be very careful before parting with your money.
