"No goods, no contact, have taken my money and run..."
Ordered and paid for a mower on 15th September, which was showing as in stock. Apart from automatic order confirmation, had no further contact from them. By 1st October I was getting a bit concerned so I submitted a support ticket, which was ignored. I submitted another ticket on 8th October and got a boilerplate response saying they were having trouble with their phone lines (?) It's now been a month and they've got over £600 of my money and I can't get hold of anyone. Whether this was once a real business, it's looking a lot like a scam now. Looks like I'll need to go down the chargeback route to get my money back. What a pain. Absolutely abysmal company.

I placed my order on the 13/09/24 fully knowing it was due for delivery early October, well it's now 14/10/24 and still nothing and on their website, the item I ordered say's they are expecting stock in 1 to 4 weeks time.
The main issue I have is I have not been able to contact them via the phone or email and get a response, I have learnt from their website that they are having IT issues and they have setup an emergency messaging system to contact them on, I messaged them on that system and was informed to expect a response in 24 - 48hrs, well it's been 8 days and still no reply, there are now four messages on that system from me and all are unanswered.
Stop taking orders if your IT system is FUBAR, and having had this experience so far, I wouldn't buy from you because I would not trust your customer service if the item I bought had any issues during it's 2 year warranty.

Along with a multitude of other unhappy customers i have had no contact from mower2go since ordering and paying for machery on 23rd Sept. Please avoid and purchase elsewhere if you wish to avoid any hassle or delay in orders. very unhappy!. No one answers the phones or responds to emails but more than happy to take your money. 1 stat is too much.

"Don't Accept Orders If Your IT System Has Collapsed "
I have just cancelled my order for a stihl hedge cutter and accessories and asked for a refund.
I ordered the item on 7th September and after several email exchanges, accepted a delay of 2 to 3 weeks.
As my son was going to undertake the extensive hedge work on 12th October (coming up to Nottingham from London) and I was going to be on holiday until 4th October, we agreed a delivery date between those 2 dates.
Since returning from holiday I have heard absolutely nothing about the delivery but I have received an automated response outlining the big problems they are having with their IT system.
If they had been upfront about this then I would not have incurred a £30 next day delivery charge in order to get the hedge trimmer delivered by another company for 12th October.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I will receive my refund soon.

Had a email this morning stating that they had sent me a refund, guess what no refund in my account. I have now raised a dispute with my bank against this company

Placed an order on 26th August, they took payment on the 28th, contacted them twice via their 'Raised Ticket' system and come 7th October and repeated phone calls to their never answered switchboard I'm still without my goods.

ABSOLUTE SCAM and joke of a company.
I will be driving up to norwich very soon to show my dissatisfaction, if not sent item this week
Also this nonsense reply is what they have sent to every other poor customer that hasnt been emailed or contacted.
Instead of finding the time to respond to this on trustpilot, why not answer the phone or give me a CALL. I needed this item for my business to do booked in jobs. Which ive now had cancel till further date

Ordered a Stihl combi 2.5 weeks ago and haven't heard anything back since. Don't reply to emails, don't answer the phone. Thinking this is a scam or the company has now shut down. Very disappointed
