"None delivery of order placed on 1/10/2024"

Order placed on 1/10/2024. E-mail acknowledgement received without indicating any defined delivery date. Their phone lines were either permanently engaged or unanswered so I mailed them on 18/10/2024 and received an automated reply advising that, effectively, they'd suffered an IT meltdown and I was in a queue to be contacted as soon as they could. Looking at Trustpilot I'm not the only victim.

DO NOT USE THESE JOKERS After making a order many months ago and being promised to be resolved still haven't received the items, and now can't make contact either via phone or email , absolutely disgusting AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Avoid Avoid Avoid order made 8 weeks ago despite delivery time given 2-4 weeks. Customer service diabolical no one answers the phone . Im assuming this company is going out of business yet is still taking orders with no intent to fullfil

Ordered items in August, after a month I contacted them and was told the item was out of stock.
I have only managed to contact them once since then and was told the item was being shipped that week.
Another month later, nothing.
I have contacted Amex to cancel the charge.

"Terrible customer service"

Terrible customer service! I ordered a Stihl leaf blower on 27 August with an anticipated delivery of 2-4 weeks. I received no update. On 30 September I checked on delivery and was told it would arrive within 5-7 days but they would follow up asap. On Monday 14 October I tried to call but there was no reply. I sent 3 further emails to follow up on the unanswered call but still nothing. Customer service has been 1 email in 7 weeks. Awful. Still no product and no refund.

I order a hedge trimmer in Aug had no delivery and no response to my chasing emails. They don't answer the phone. I am having to contact the bank for my money back.

Order placed back in September and still no goods. Telephone line dead or just rings out. Emails are not responded to. Still accepting orders and taking money online even though they know they cannot fulfil them.

ordered a hedgetrimmer and leaf blower at the end of August and then nothing. contacted the company after a month to ask about my goods and was told that they had forgotten to warn me that my goods would be delayed until early October. Contacted again in early October and got no response so have now requested a refund some 7 weeks after placing my order. i dont need a hedgetrimmer now!
