Order placed in July, still waiting for delivery. Issue raised with bank and will also contact trading standards. Stated they has issues with website and was inundated with orders, next thing they are sending out marketing emails with discount codes.

Like previous reviews I too have placed an order online 10 days ago, apart from an invoice confirming my payment I have received no communication regarding my order, I have called numerous times, I have emailed twice and had no response, I am now thinking that I will have to make a claim via the credit card company.

Worst company around, avoid at all costs! As stated in other reviews I was told mid October for delivery of something I ordered in August, seems like it's just a standard response to get you off their back for a few weeks. No communication whatsoever, no apolagies. Can't even get a refund from them. I have raised a chargeback through my bank so atleast I'll be reimbursted. As others have stated I will also be contacting trading standards regartding this company

Ordered and payed for a hedge cutter £322 on 24th August 2024, tried chasing by phone numerous times - no reply, eventually they emailed 7th October apologising saying it would be delivered mid October still no delivery and no response to emails requesting a refund - do NOT touch with a barge pole, I'm now going to trading standards

I ordered a Stihl Mini-saw and Extension on 3 October 2024 and paid by AMEX. I am still awaiting the product and whilst I understand that the company is experiencing IT data supply issues they have failed to respond to my numerous queries as to the status of my order. I am starting to lose patience and understanding and so have requested a refund if they cannot supply the items ordered. However, I am getting no responses whatsoever to my numerous phone calls (answering service) and emails. I will shortly request a refund from my AMEX credit company.

Terrible company. Had to use a section 75 Credit card refund from my bank to get money back after non delivery after 6 weeks waiting for items that should be off the shelf.

Ordered still hedge cutters with one battery and a free battery 6 months ago, hedge cutter was delivered, but I’m still waiting for the 2 batteries. Email them many times and tried telephoning them but no one answers.
Whatever you do, don’t give them an order.
