Ordered a Stihl lawnmower on 9 July and a ride on mower in September have not received either yet no reply when you phone them and do not reply to my emails thinking about calling the debt collector in total value of orders £4,576.63

My experience is exactly as others have put regarding this company taking your money but not delivering or corresponding.
I ordered a Kress Leaf Blower back in October which showed on their web site as being in stock and ready to ship. I received the automated response order confirmation and receipt for the purchase price which showed up on my Credit Card account immediately.
Fortunately I had paid on my credit card, but no delivery ETA and to date no delivery.
It was at this time I started checking the company out on reviews and found that it seems there is very bad feed back and reviews regarding them.
I wish I had read the reviews first before ordering from them.
They take your money but do not send out the goods.
I have telephoned the business over 60 times but with no reply or constantly engaged tone. I have also sent emails asking them to make contact but again no response.
I have now submitted a claim with my Credit Card company who have now reimbursed my account.
I will also be informing Trading Standards

No replies or acknowledgement for weeks now regarding an update on an order. Initially reached out and got a fairly quick response with ETA, that ETA came and went and it's now been a few weeks now with nothing, despite a few chasers being sent my end. I see the negative reviews on here get a reply asking to email them, but if that's what I've been doing anyway why can't they reply?

Placed an order for a hedge trimmer on 30th August. Now, (Nov 21st) it hasn’t been delivered and I’ve received no indication of when they’re planning to deliver it. Mowers2Go don’t respond to emails and don’t answer the phone. I have now notified my credit card provider, who will be able to refund me.

Do not buy from this company. Like others here, I ordered Stihl Cordless Secateurs and have received nothing. In 4 months. Numerous emails and phone calls to them are completely unanswered. Phone line and IT problems is no excuse. They are still capable of updating their website for Black Friday so why can’t they put a mobile number on there that will be answered. Avoid avoid avoid. Buy from a good company like Sam Turner or Radmore and Tucker instead. They take your money and DELIVER. Message to Mowers2Go: if you can be bothered to reply to this review with you stock copy and paste answer.. then can you instead look up order no. 58253 and contact me direct. You have all my details attached to that order number.

I note there are alot of negative reviews regarding Mowers2go. However, I ordered a Stihl long reach hedge trimmer and it arrived 2 days later, no issues at all. What is key is that my item was in stock and available for immediate dispatch. It appears if you order an item that is not in stock, then be prepared for a wait.
