Never had an experience like it! Thought I would be safe buying from a fairly local company, paid for a Kress lawnmower that was supposedly in stock, initially had contact that they were just waiting for the free promotional batteries to come in to stock but then nothing! Two months later, after several attempts to ring, email and contact them I was giving up hope, apparently they have a website glitch which means they cannot communicate with you, yet when I done some Facebook research and found them under ‘another’ company name and emailed the contact there, they answered within 10 minutes. Asked politely for goods or refund, immediately came back to inform cannot get the goods but will action a refund - NEVER got, had to claim money back through credit card company. Ordered the same product with the same free battery promotion from another reputable company and received within a few days. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, cannot believe they are still trading, or if they are they will soon trade under another company name!

I am getting really worried I have lost over £500 with Mowers2Go
I paid for 2 orders in August 2024 and I am still waiting for them or a refund.
I email and phone twice a week but no reply and no answer.
Companies House shows the parent Company ACLE GARDEN MACHINERY LIMITED Company number 07944033 as DORMANT and "Compulsory strike-off action has been discontinued" with Kenneth and Heather PETLEY as Directors.
I can't understand why the Website is still taking orders.
Can anyone help me please.

"Nil service and no communication having paid upfront"
I ordered a Stihl hedge trimmer, battery and charger at the beginning of November and nothing has arrived, and it is impossible to communicate with the company.

I ordered a Stihl battery in July but it is now December & I still haven't received it. They have only responded to one email telling me that there was a delay in getting hold of batteries. Since then no response to emails & I have not managed to get through on their phone lines.

"One star is generous"
One star is generous. I ordered a Stihl garden vac at the beginning of October. It has not been delivered. One promise of a delivery in late November was made but it didn’t arrive. There is no answer on the phone. The references to a small family company offering good service and prices but having communication problems doesn’t ring true. It’s another delaying tactic. No compliance to my deadline of the end of November for a refund. Avoid.

"Not a good experience for me"
Bought a lawn mower on 5th October 2024 and had not arrived. I had emailed and called several times and no reply.
I had to make a claim through my credit card company - what a hassle!
Only after emailing them again mid-December did I finally get a reply and a refund was given.
I have since had to cancel my credit card claim. Complete hassle and waste of time.
Whilst they have issued an apology due to my order 'slipping through the net' I will never buy from them again.

I have ordered kress pruners beginning of September and still waiting for them. I have rung loads af times and emailed them, in fact I have got ticket open for the last 10 days and still no joy. I understand there’s been problems with phone lines but this is beyond a joke now. All I want is to get my money back now.

I’ve been waiting for my Stihl pressure washer since May 2024. I have waited long enough and require a refund. If only they’d answer their phone and emails. How they remain a viable going concern I do not know. I cannot in all good conscience recommend this company.

"Felt no choice but to write this"
Felt no choice but to write this, ordered stihl batteries back in June 24, it is now mid December and still nothing. Last communication was 13th September, and before then just getting gas-lighted that 'they are coming in another 10 days'.
Tried calling, numerous emails and no response. I would avoid, I just want a refund now. Really dissapointed.
