"They just stopped responding"

I ordered a mower which Mowers2Go told me was out of stock, but would be coming in soon. I hung on for three months waiting, and did receive responses to my chasing emails, until I didn't.

Eventually I have requested a charge back via my credit card which was confirmed. I may not have a mower, but I do have my money back from these thieves.

Great service and excellent communications. Purchase of stihl chainsaw oil (rather than actually buying a mower) at the best price I could find with very reasonable delivery costs. I received comms via email regarding the order and it was delivered very swiftly. Will buy from again.

"This is my second negative review "

This is my second negative review as I am still waiting the hedge trimmer that I ordered on the 27th may and was promised in june. After my last negative review I am publishing a second one as note that the company has made comment or apologised. Since the last review I have again e mailed them on three different e mails (one of which I had a reply from in July). I have tried to phone them - the automated message gives four options - there is no answer from any of the lines including the line assigned to paying bills. Avoid like the plague.

Placed an order about 2 months ago. No news, tried to contact many times and eventually asked for a re-fund nothing. Do yourselves a favour and AVOID them.

"Truly Rubbish Customer Service!"

Rubbish Customer Service!! Ordered Strimmer on 27 July 24 and it arrived on 2 Dec 24. Now that is excellent service, hence the 5 Stars! I only had to chase 4 times and Mowers2Go never once proactively managed the order. Don't know how they remain in business!

"Fast Delivery & Value for Money"

I have a stihl chain saw and needed some new 14in chains which normally cost between £17-£22 depending on where you buy them but at Mowers2Go I saw them advertised at a substantially reduced price and cynically thought I'd get non-Stihl 'lookalike' chains, but no, I got two original part Stihl chains for £25.44. I am very happy and will be using Mowers2Go again. The only negative was the £7 delivery charge as the package is both light and small thus bringingbthe total cost up to close what I was previously paying albeit I collected.

Placed an online order start of Oct, but it was never delivered. Chased & chased - no response to emails and no answer when calling. One response to the online contact form promising delivery that still never came. Can’t get hold of anyone to request a refund. Utter shambles.

Absolutely disgusting service from this company. They take your money and don't deliver the item. I've tried contacting them on more than one occasion to find out what has happened but they don't respond. It's now more than a month since I ordered a spanner and still no update! I've since purchased it from elsewhere, it was not only cheaper but arrived within 48 hours. I now have to go through the hassle of logging a dispute with my credit card company to try and get my money back. The lack of professionalism and poor service from this company is inexcusable, I believe they have had some major system issues but funnily enough they can manage to take your money quickly enough. Avoid this company at all costs, there are much better and cheaper alternatives.

"Stay away from using Mowers2Go"

I ordered Stihl HTA86 Cordless Pole Saw on 25 August 2024, received email confirmation saying delivery 2-4 weeks. Waited for 3 month, sent many emails, tried to call many times, no response at all!!! Absolutely awful experience! At the end of November I had to claim my money back via credit card! I will never use this company again!
