"Don't buy anything from these scammers"

Don't buy anything from these scammers! I've been waiting for my order or a refund for over a month, they don't respond to emails, they don't answer the phone even once, real scammers

"Took my money but no Hedgetrimmer or refund"

Took my money for Stihl Hedgetrimmer on 30th August. It is now 14th November and there is no hedgetrimmer and no refund despite me requesting weeks ago. This company is a complete shambles at the moment. Shame as they gave very good service on a mower I purchased recently. They might be cheap but you might not get the product

Very smooth transaction, delivered when promised, with good communications. Item as described and price better than anywhere else.

Probably worst shopping experience in 25 years of using the internet. Ordered Stihl lawnmower but had to email to get delivery date which was then missed. Follow-up request received no answer, as did repeated requests for refund, until I contacted Stihl directly as they are listed as an approved supplier on the site. No apology or explanation received.

Wish I had done what I say to others and researched this company before I had ordered DONT waste your time and money and bring on a shed load of stress by buying from this company
Ordered and paid in September nothing arrived, no reply to emails and the phone rings out. Trading standards will be hearing from me.

I have now had to make a claim through my credit card company, judging by the amount of reviews with a similar experience i have now felt impelled to contact trading standards, hopefully this will save further unfortunate people having their money taken. dissapinting as i bought from them a couple of years ago without issue.

Great products, great price, great condition. No problems, speedy efficient, easy to deal with. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Have bought Stihl pole pruner and now Stihl hedge trimmer. SPB.

I ordered a Stihl lawnmower in August apparently available in 4 weeks, contacted them at the end of September advised that there was a delay till end of October.
I have had no communication unless instigated by me, over the past few days I’ve emailed using the ticket system and directly and made numerous phone calls that don’t get answered, the customer line is permanently engaged and the online order phone line hunts and then cuts off.
Unfortunately I have to advise anyone not to use this company and I am now pursuing a reclaim from Barclaycard.
I searched them on companies house (Acle Garden Machinery) and they are listed as a dormant company so they may be trading illegally.

"Rogue traders - Avoid at all cost"

We purchased a sthil blower middle of September.
2months later after several attempts at phonecalls and several emails - no replies.
They have taken our money and not made any attempt at keeping us informed of the evolution of our order.
On their website they pretend having IT issue which are pathetic excuse and obviously fake as thois message has been on their website for several weeks (since I have been monitoring it). No business would claim to have an IT issue for weeks and in the meantime update their website with so call offers to attract buyers !! They are rogue traders that need to be reported. The ad hoc good reviews are also obviously fake (as the IT claim) maybe done by member of staff as there can't be so many genuine and consistently bad reviews and suddenly very good ones. AVOID them !
