"I ordered the foam boards for my…"

I ordered the foam boards for my daughters’ project due on Apr 26. The boards were to arrive no later than Apr 22. When the order didn’t arrive we purchased something else. The package did not arrive until Apr 25. I send the unopened package back on Apr.26. Today I received my refund. When I contacted the company, I was informed it was my refund minus a 20% restocking fee. Why am I paying a restocking fee? If the boards had arrived I would NOT of been scrambling around to find an alternative. I find it ridiculous that I’m paying $30 due to the package not arriving by the stated date!!

I was very pleased with my purchase. Shipping time was reasonable and they were great about getting back to me about an error I thought I had made. The items were half the cost of what I would normally pay on Amazon, so Im very satisfied. Will order from them again!

I placed an order for several items and a Copic aluminum case. I was excited a few days later when the order came. HOWEVER, the order was incomplete and the invoice stated the case had been shipped. I was home when it was delivered so it was not a case of stolen mail. I immediately notified the company and got a return generated email saying I would hear from them the next day. I didn't and got no response till I contacted them again. At that time, i was told they would send me a new case when they were given the ok. Several days passed and still no shipping notice so i contacted them again. (The item was still available on their website.)I got a very snarky response referencing the previous response, with no explanation for the delay. Yesterday the item was still available on their web site. Today I finally, (10 days after their first response) got ticked and contacted by mail, email and chat. I was informed the item was no longer available. When I asked why it took so long (About 2 full weeks), I was told they had no control over the company discontinuing the item. True, but they also had it in other colors up though yesterday and no one offered me that option. I wonder, if I had not gotten angry, how long it would have taken them to notify and refund my money. Will never do business with them again.

I ordered 10mm faceted crystal beads. The beads arrived within a reasonable time. However, they were acrylic not crystal. I notified the company. They changed the item description and compensated me. They were very professional to deal with.

They can't send tracking number of my order?
Processing Day 1-3 Day show their website.
But now 6day long.But they couldn't send tracking number.

"Very disappointed"

Very disappointed. Paid extra shipping for product to be delivered on a Friday. It never came. The customer service dept is closed on weekends and holidays. So am forced to wait until next Wed to find out what happened. Very unhappy and disappointed. Will never shop there again.

"It's called Bait and Switch"

It's called Bait and Switch. My spouse ordered some plastic boxes for her primary school class. It was supposed to be 2 orders of 6 boxes ea. for ~ $65 CDN. thru Amazon. What was received? 2 boxes for the same price!
Checking back on the Amazon add revealed that the same order number was now showing the 2 box offer, which BTW is ridiculous - who would pay $60 for 2 boxes ea. roughly 12"x 17"x5"??? (we found sim. boxes at Walmart for $6.40 ea.)
Efforts to contact S4C were met with the usual "We are experiencing heavier than usual call volume..." and emailing got no response at all.
We had to ship the boxes back for around $20CDN with the only commitment being that we would get a cheque for the original order minus shipping. So here we are having spent over $80, waiting to a net total of $20 - does that not sound like a ripoff! But great customer service - NOT.
A one star rating is frankly too high. Terrible outfit.

1)This is the 1st and only reply to me (and it wasn’t really to me but to Trustpilot) from S4C.
2) Who would order boxes this small and cheaply made for $30 ea.
