"Ordered Standard ScanNCut mat plus…"
Ordered Standard ScanNCut mat plus Rhinestones. They have sent me only Rhinestones. When I have asked about my mat, only then they replied that they tried to refund me my money for mat. Apparently they had only last one and it was not good to send. When I checked their website it was still showing in stock. So I lost money for shipping as Rhinestones wasn't thing I really wanted. It was only extras, I could have buy somewhere else and do not pay £2.8 for shipping.

"Unresponsive to communication"
Unresponsive to communication. I placed an order which totalled $44.22 but was charged $60.41. I have emailed, sent a message via the live chat and also tried to call them but the office is never open even though I have called 9 -5 EST. I have received my order but still no explanation as to why I was charged more than the invoice stated.

"Canadian Order"
I am in Canada and ordered for the first time recently from Stuff4Crafts. Order was processed immediately but the tracking number didn’t work so I was concerned. I was a little impatient with this and contacted them several times re my order. They responded every time I asked where my package was and kept assuring me it was on the way but the tracking number didn’t work so I wasn’t convinced. The package did arrive in 16 days which I guess between countries isn’t bad so I was happy and the items were exactly as ordered.

Placed an order in the UK and received goods in good time. Was charged again for import tax and custom clearing (had already paid for it on the original invoice)
I contacted Stuff4Crafts customer department to question the charges. They reacted very quickly and immediately refunded the extra charges, which are already in my account again.
Am please and will order again!

"I ordered 3 items..."
I ordered 3 items.... the order was processed and the money for the products and the shipping costs was deducted from my account. Without warning or notification 2 of the items were removed from my order and the costs apparently credited back to me. Shipping costs however were not adjusted following the change to my order and when queried on this the staff response was uncaring and rude. I still have not received the order more than a month after ordering and am getting no help from Stuff4Crafts staff in tracking the order. My honest review after this, my first ever purchase with Stuff4Crafts, is that I will not be returning as a customer and nor will my spouse or children or any of my friends, who are all artists. In Australia good customer service is what gets you customers, bad customer service is what gets you bad reviews and the loss of business. Be cautious if you decide to use Stuff4Crafts.

"Appalling service"
In response to your reply what twaddle! Your staff DID NOT do their best to help me. When I ordered from Fruugo - who will be receiving a letter of complaint from me - I was unaware that this was coming from the states. I asked for the order to be cancelled and it was not.
I received my goods finally last week but instead of tracing my package your staff merely cut and pasted text about your shipping into an email and it took further complaints to get you to track it! When it finally did arrive it was via a note to tell me I had to pay an extra £18 to get it. I am going to take this up with PayPal now.
