"Eat well and lose weight "
I wanted to try Donna's 5 day challenge as I'd seen so many great results on Donna's Insta and Facebook pages, and hoped I'd also get the results I was searching for!!
As a foodie, this 5 day challenge really appealed to me - eating 3 high protein meals of real food, (no shakes or gimmicks) - meals that really satisfy hunger, and most importantly - keep you full! I thought I might lose a Lb, but having carried on with this way of eating, beyond the initial 5 days - I lost 5lbs in 2 weeks! After 6 weeks of the challenge, I'm now 10lbs lighter!
So happy to have found this way of eating, and a sustainable way to lose weight. Donna is so helpful and knowledgeable, and will help out with your meal plans throughout the challenge, and beyond!
I'd highly recommend Donna's 5 day challenge to anyone who's struggled to lose weight before š

"Disappointing Experience "
After doing the 5 day challenge I lost less than 2lbs, but felt much worse than before starting. Nevertheless, I decided that I would join the community, in the hope that the next phase would deliver better results.
I was disappointed to discover that the community membership delivered nothing new, just being told to repeat the 5 day challenge until you stop losing weight. After 4 weeks the promised results had still not materialised, and when I asked for support I was simply told to change the daily amount of protein, carbs and fat and to see my doctor.
The community WhatsApp is predominantly messages telling each other how they are getting on, with replies of encouragement or congratulations. I was hoping for advice beyond āfollow the planā, with the implication being that I wasnāt doing so.
From what I read, it would appear that most of the success stories come from people who were previously eating an unhealthy diet, whereas I was already eating whole foods. I was hoping this programme would address my menopausal weight gain and symptoms.
Sadly, my concerns met with a rather impolite response, which I found totally unprofessional.

"It will change your life"
I was feeling tired, overweight and not myself for a couple of years due to menopause. I saw Donna on Facebook and decided to give her 5 day challenge a go as I had nothing to lose. I followed the plan and incorporated it into my daily life. Itās really easy to follow and I felt full after every meal and no sweet cravings. Over a 6 week period I managed to lose 11 pounds, something I had struggled with for months before, nothing else had shifted my belly bloat. I felt fitter, toned and healthier than I had done for a couple of years. I also did light exercise, walking and wall pilates and managed to lose a few more pounds. I could not recommend this plan enough. I continue to follow the plan and have changed my eating habits for life. Thank you Donna.

"A must for menopause "
Any woman struggling with menopausal weight gain should join this challenge! Iāve tried so many ways to lose weight since hitting 50 and nothing worked. I came across Donnaās 5 day challenge by chance on Instagram and thought I would give it a go. Iām so glad I did - 5 days later I had lost 4.4lbs - my first loss in 2 years! Iām so impressed and grateful for Donnaās constant support, Iāve now taken the next step and joined her community. Everyone is so supportive and Donna is great with her advice, tips and next steps. No gimmicks, no ridiculous monthly payments! Just support from the living legend that is Donna and real women who are all in the same boat - they just want to lose weight. My advice - go for it, you honestly wonāt regret it. Simply follow what Donna tells you and you will lose weight - hand on heart, it really does work!

"5 Day Challenge, will NOT disappoint "
I stumble across Donnaās videos on TikTok about how she could help menopausal ladies lose weight, while I was seeking out other menopausal videos etc as I'm new to all of this, for a few weeks I just watched and read, and messages Donna that I was interested. She was so lovely, help and supportive, after I'd asked lots of questions, I thought for Ā£10 I'll give it a go. You get a welcome email with all the info on the foods to eat & shopping lists and meal planners to help you.
This has totally changed the way I look at food. I never ate breakfast, whereas now I wouldnāt miss it & look forward to it every morning, it my favourite meal. Iāve yo yo dieted for over 25 years but this way of eating has taught me so much, including the right foods to eat. You also get opportunity to group the WhatsApp group, with other lovely supportive ladies going through the same, which has been amazing help. Donna is so supportive she keeps me going, motivating me when I wobble & is ALWAYS there to answer any questions. I would honestly recommend this challenge to everyone. You've got nothing to lose so give it a go. It will not disappoint!

At the end of June I spent the best Ā£10 I have ever spent! After spending hundreds of £££s on SW in the past, joining, losing weight, leaving re-gaining weight, joining, leaving, gaining, numerous times!! Never learnt much, yes it worked but not when you donāt attend (well thatās how it was for me),I just got paranoid about what food I could eat (and mashed bananas are sins, lol) Donna's 5DP has educated me (and loads of other ladies) how to eat, this is a plan for life!!!
Theres a fantastic support group of ladies that you have access to, the moto of this group seems to be ātrust the processā and its not wrong, 7 weeks in and Iām 1 stone down, bloaty belly down, clothes are fitting, I donāt eat rubbish anymore at night, cos Iām so satiated from the plan.
A tenner, thatās all, Donna where have you been all my life??

I would recommend this plan if your really struggling I have so many things wrong with myself but this plan is the only one that keeps you full so no cravings and you can see a change in your body. For the first time in years Iāve managed to loose the weight and be full. So big thank you Donna couldnāt have done it without you or the support of the others on our WhatsApp. X

"It works!"
I was sceptical at first but once I had joined the WhatsApp group and heard other ladies the same as me I was determined to continue. Donna is amazingly supportive every day! The plan works my clothes feel looser and I feel so much better, more energy which makes you feel so much happier. I am going to continue to reach my goal weight as I know it works! Just completed week 1 of Donnaās fat loss challenge and have to say the results are remarkable!! Iām 52 and going through perimenopause. Iāve lost weight and my bloated tummy is shrinking fast.
