"Shocking Aftercare Service"

When the fitters arrived, I was told that a bed hadn't been included in the price quoted, and that I'd have to pay an extra £150 or they couldn't complete the fitting. After it was checked and the bed was on the original quote, what's then occurred is an endless circle of them initially saying the cost was for a "double uplift", then it was that they'd dismantled the bed (When they categorically told me on the day they they hadn't), but either way I've been charged extra for something that wasn't my fault. Even the initial person who quoted didn't understand why I was charged more as it was easy enough to work round the bed. I've had several promises of "we'll look in to it", "someone will get back to you" and no one has so I'm left out of pocket for someone elses mistakes, and so can't recommend this company at all.
