"Overpriced and Oversold "

The transplant was a success with minimal complications, the staff were kind and spoke English. Instructions provided were clear and regular checkups were good.

Unfortunately I feel though I did not achieve good value for money for several reasons:

- I was sold additional hair products of $800 that I didn't actually need but in my opinion was led to believe

- The whole package highlighted a 5* hotel stay which turned out to be a 4* hotel

- With better due diligence, I would have found the price charged and services provided were grossly overpriced compared to equivalent companies.

- The procedure was not painless as advertised. Local anesthesia hurts a lot, and after going for a second round of hair transplant, the new company was a lot less painful than how EsteNove did it.

I would not choose EsteNove again.

"UNE EXPÉRIENCE INCROYABLE !"

Franchement, si vous cherchez une greffe de cheveux, foncez dans cette clinique en Turquie, c’est juste incroyable ! J’ai attendu 6 mois après ma greffe pour donner mon avis, histoire de voir le vrai résultat, et je suis tellement content : c’est au-delà de mes attentes !

Un énorme merci à Anthony et Mélissa, qui sont tout simplement au top. Ils répondent hyper rapidement sur WhatsApp, même 6 mois après l’intervention, toujours là pour rassurer ou répondre à mes questions. Ça, c’est vraiment pro et ça fait toute la différence !

L’organisation était parfaite : tout a été pris en charge, du transport à l’hébergement, et l’équipe sur place est géniale. Ils s’occupent de toi comme si tu étais VIP, tout en restant hyper humains et attentifs.

Le résultat ? MAGIQUE. Je retrouve ma confiance, ça change tout dans la vie. Si vous hésitez, n’hésitez plus, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. C’est la meilleure décision que j’ai prise !

I am dissatisfied with the result because my transplanted hair is located on the forehead muscle, also the crown area is not full enough, I'm really disappointed and sad, I haven't had much hair loss, only in the front area and a little in the crown area, but still I come out with a worse result. The doctor didn't even bother to measure with a ruler or with a laser on my forehead, my new hairline was determined in 5 minutes". Without discussion, when the doctor had finished drawing the new hairline, I asked if you could take the line down a little, then I was told that you could, they should have said no, it's best that way and so on. The whole experience was generally bad, during the operation itself, I could not be allowed to relax. The next day when I had to wash my hair, I did not meet the man who transplanted my hair. Before I went down, I was told that the doctor performing the procedure. but it was not that either. In relation to the price, you can choose 100 other better clinics for the same price range. So be very careful. You won't even get a break during the hair transplant. Because they want it to go fast.

The worst thing of all is that my hair looked so dry before the procedure, I had very little hair loss, my hair has always been full and strong, I was just missing a little at the temples,

I also asked them, how many hair grafts they wanted to transplant, they didn't bother to answer that either.

They didn't even bother to touch my hair to see how it will look, I even hold the mirror and my hair?

when they finished the operation then she says, they have transplanted 3000 grafts, but I have asked other doctors and they say that the maximum is 2000-2500 grafts. the whole operation took 3 hours, with DHI method, I think they even used that new method. because I have research, and on google it says at least 6 hours, for 3.000 grafts with DHI method!

I wanted to discussion and communication, but nobody. want to do that in this clinic, this was missing from their side. It all went fast without any communication, even though I asked questions about what is best and how do you think it should be done, I didn't really get any feedback again :/.

And I wasn't told that you shouldn't place hair on the forehead muscle, I found that out myself when I went back home? in denmark .
I went to a doctor in Denmark, just to check up on my hair, here the doctor got a shock, and said it is unfortunately the consequence of having a hair transplant in turkey.

-A hair transplant is an important procedure as you have to live with it for the rest of your life.
- they were also busy that day, when I finished I saw another patient who had to be operated after me..

"une Transplantation efficace et sans soucis"

J'ai choisi ESTENOVE parmi une liste infinie de clinic et je ne regrette pas . Bien au contraire. Vous etes pris en charge dès le depart par Whattshapp, à l'aeroport, à l'hotel et enfin le jour J à la clinic. Tout c'est bien passé, ma traductrice s'est occupée de me traduire et de m'expliquer ce qui se passait avant / pendant et apres l'operation. Je suis resté quasi 6H la bas et dont 5H en operation. Le plus embêtant est lorsque l'on vous pique le crane pour vous endormir , ce n'est pas rigolo mais c'est 5mn , le reste vous ne sentez rien ou quasi rien (du supportable largement). Et le lendemain on vous explique les soins à faire et vous rentrez . C'est simple , efficace et je viens de le faire donc on verra le resultat dans quelques mois. En tout cas merci à toute l'equipe de ESTENOVE. Et je sais qu'il y a le suivi post operatoire qui sera important. En tout cas cela fait 3 jours et à part l'inconfort pour dormir et mon bon de verre de vin le soir tout va bien.
