"Worth the price for sure"

It’s been nine months post surgery and I am very pleased with the results. The aftercare has been top notch as well. They are there to answer any questions or concerns you have along the way. They continue to reach out to analyze the progress throughout this nine months. I had concerns around the 4-5 month timeframe where I felt my hair may not come back in as thick as I had hoped. I can honestly say they reassured me from what they saw in my photos that the progress is where it should be. I noticed that between the end of the 6 months till now (9 months) it has exponentially grown and exceeded expectations. There is still 3-6 months left of new growth/thickening left too. The facility was clean and the people involved during the procedure were polite and professional as well. Transfers to and from the airport/ hospital were easy and clutch as well

"7 months after and a full head of hair again "

From start to finish it was a easy and non stressful experience.
So they sorted everything bar the flight everyone was nice and polite and made me feel welcome, I was originally quoted for 2500 grafts and once they shaved my head we seen I needed more so in the end I had a total of 4200 grafts for the same price.
Now the after care I did buy for about £800, so I used the shampoo and took the vitamins daily and used the serum spray at night before I went to bed and I see alittle growth but not asmuch as I was expecting 😫 but when I started using the roller and stemcell repair serum WOW the growth was amazing and now I have a full head of hair and it keep growing and getting thicker I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a hair transplant and along as you take there advice you shouldn't have a problem 🎉

"Exceptional Care and Professionalism at EsteNove"

I recently had a hair transplant at EsteNove, and the care from start to finish was excellent. From the moment I arrived in Istanbul, the team made me feel incredibly well looked after. The transport vehicles were fantastic—an experience in themselves!

Nargiza and Ezra, the English translators, were so welcoming and helpful, explaining every step clearly. Dr Zafer was kind, professional, and reassuring, putting me at ease right away. The clinic itself was modern and inviting, and every detail, from airport transfers to hotel arrangements, was taken care of.

The procedure itself was smoother than I expected. The scalp anesthesia was manageable, but the beard area was more sensitive. Once the anesthesia took effect, I barely felt a thing and even drifted off to sleep. There was a moment when I felt my heart racing and some tingling in my arm, but I’d been pre-warned this could happen, so I stayed calm. Post-procedure instructions were thorough, and the team has kept in close contact to monitor my progress.

Now, 15 days later, I’m thrilled with the results so far. My hairline looks promising, and my beard, while a little “too perfect,” looks great. One thing I hadn’t considered was the color difference between my natural beard hairs and the darker transplanted hairs from the back of my head—but that’s on me, not the clinic.

Regarding cost, I paid £2750 for the head transplant and an additional £500 for the beard. While this was more than other clinics, the team explained their pricing reflects their premium services and experienced medical staff. I had no issues with the results, so I’m happy with my choice.

A few suggestions for improvement:

1. Surgery music: The Turkish hip-hop playing felt a little unprofessional. Neutral or relaxing music would enhance the experience.


2. Doctor presence: I wasn’t entirely sure if the doctor, himself, had performed the procedure, as I had a blindfold on during surgery and I didn't get to see him afterwards. It would be nice if he stayed until the blindfold is removed so patients feel reassured it was done by someone of his professional qualifications and expertise. But, I trust them, it was just a slight concern in my head.


3. Accommodation: My hotel room lacked a window, which felt was the only thing that let me down given the premium pricing compared to other surgeries. A small comfort like natural light and a view would make a big difference.



If you’re considering EsteNove, plan your recovery carefully. Walking through the airport with visible scabs, bandages, and orange antibiotic cream was uncomfortable. An extra night to recover before traveling would be a worthwhile add-on. I think it was only £20 extra per night. Don't quote me on that, though.

Overall, I highly recommend EsteNove for their exceptional care, professionalism, and patient focus. A big thank you to Nargiza, Ezra, Melissa, Gülbin, Thomas, Dr Zafer and the rest of the team for making the experience smooth and reassuring.
