I'm on the 6th month post operation and I can't be more satisfied. It's the second time I am having the operation generally and fist time at Este Nove. All the employees made me feel special very comfortable. I had a whole crew following up the pre, during and post procedure so I never felt nervous or stressed. Totally recommended.

It’s been 9 months since my procedure and I am thrilled with the results. I have a thick head of hair and no sign that I ever had hair loss.

The best decision I ever made. I’m 6 months into my post transplant journey and the results so far have been amazing. I’ve seen so much growth and density so far with planting time for it to keep on improving. The team at EsteNove went above and beyond to make my experience a pleasure. Coming from the other side of the world I had my hesitations but the second I was picked up at the airport I knew it was the right decision. Do not hesitate, contact the team and you won’t regret it.

"I initially had an online consultation…"

I initially had an online consultation with a representative of this clinic, during which we scheduled a call via WhatsApp. However, the call did not happen at the agreed time but instead came two hours later. Despite this minor inconvenience, I decided to proceed with my procedure at this clinic.

Upon my arrival at Istanbul Airport, I was supposed to be greeted by the clinic’s so-called “VIP Transfer.” Instead, I waited for an hour and 45 minutes before the driver finally arrived. When we reached the “5-star” hotel arranged by the clinic, I encountered yet another issue—the clinic had failed to inform the hotel that I would be accompanied by a companion. This led to delays in check-in and additional fees, which I had to cover myself.

Furthermore, the hotel was in a deplorable state—dirty rooms, clogged drains, old and torn bedsheets, and an extremely rude staff.

During my flight, I received a message from the clinic stating that a nurse would come to the hotel at 9:00 PM to collect a blood sample for pre-operative tests. With about 3–4 hours to spare, I decided to go out for dinner. However, I then received multiple aggressive calls, shouting at me for not being in the hotel while the nurse was allegedly waiting. In a rush, I returned to the hotel—only to find out that the nurse had already left.

The transfer to the clinic arrived on time, but the vehicle was in such poor condition that I felt I could fall out at any moment. After a 15–20 minute drive, I arrived at the clinic, only to wait another 20 minutes outside before anyone came to greet me.

From the very beginning, the clinic’s priorities were clear—before anything else, I was required to make an immediate payment. Following this, I was asked to sign a waiver allowing them to take and use my photos.

Then came the surgery. The so-called “painless” local anesthesia felt more like someone was chiseling into my skull with a hammer. To make matters worse, the doctor performing the procedure was not the one I had originally agreed to.

The person conducting the surgery was incredibly arrogant and dismissive, showing clear signs of reluctance and disinterest. Throughout the procedure, I was trembling—whether from the cold or the anesthesia, I am still unsure—but he showed no concern. Shockingly, the surgery was performed with an open window in the room!

As the procedure neared its end, I was beginning to fall asleep when the “doctor” started pulling on my ears to reposition me.

The only positive aspect of my experience was the translator assigned to me. She was professional, calm, intelligent, and respectful, and I believe she continues to uphold these qualities.

Now, one year and four months later, my hair looks even worse than before the procedure. Due to the clinic’s unprofessionalism and negligence, I will be taking legal action against them. Additionally, I will be filing formal complaints on Şikayetimvar and CİMER.

For anyone considering this clinic—I strongly advise you to stay as far away as possible!

Estenove, was amazing. They accommodated me throughout my entire experience. I am 6 months in now and have see some pretty good results so far and I cannot wait until the final result. They have been in constant communication with me even after my process. They are a great clinic and am thinking about going back in the near future.

The hospital where it was performed was modern looking and pretty clean. Even post op they have been following up and ask for pictures to make sure everything is healing as planned. I would reccomend this clinic to others!!

"Couldn't be happier with the results"

Couldn't be happier with the results. At first I was a bit afraid of the possible side effects, procedure not being successful ect. However all of the people involved made my journey rather quick and painless to some extent. Even though my head is almost full of hair after 9mnths from the day of the procedure, after care team still checks on my journey. I strongly do recommend. If you have doubts I can proof before and after photos, my Jesus me a different person all together.
