my first transplan was very good and after a month from the surgery the donor area was gully recovered. The implanted area after almost 2 years from the first ooeration looks Amazing! On the second transplant the donor area went into a stress period which now on the 3rd month from the surgery looks like beginning to recover. i gave 4 stars instead of 5 as this second surgery is recovering differently from the first which somehow now that i am in the process maybe understandable, however would have been nice to know it from the beginning. Hopefully in 6 months time everything will recover like the first time.

My whole experience with Estenova hair clinic has been nothing short of amazing. In September 2024, I traveled to Istanbul for a hair transplant with EsteNova, and the experience exceeded all my expectations. From the very beginning, their team demonstrated exceptional professionalism and flexibility, even accommodating my request to move my procedure up by a couple of weeks.

Upon arrival at the airport, I made my way through customs and was then greeted by a company representative who directed me to my private driver. I was taken to a stunning hotel, which deserves its own glowing review. After settling in, my driver transported me to the clinic the next day, where I met the medical team and prepared for the procedure.

One aspect that truly stood out was the level of personalized care. I was assigned a translator who stayed by my side throughout the entire process, ensuring clear communication and making me feel completely at ease. The entire team was professional, attentive, and highly skilled. The procedure itself lasted approximately six hours and, aside from the initial numbing injections, was virtually painless. The clinic also provided meals during my visit, adding to the overall comfort of the experience.

Now, six months later, I am thrilled with the results. The amount of hair growth has surpassed my expectations—I haven’t had this much hair since high school! I have nothing but gratitude and deep respect for the doctors and staff at EsteNova. I would absolutely do it again and highly recommend them to anyone considering a hair transplant.

"6 months and looking fantastic "

6 months in since my transplant and I am super happy with the results so far which is around 40% growth. All EsteNove staff were good and professional especially the translator who was very welcoming, spoke fantastic English and explained every step of the procedure as it went on. On my first night a nurse arrived around 11pm to draw blood for testing which wasn’t ideal being so late but did allow time for a walk around Istanbul and a meal out in the city which was great.
In total I had 3600 grafts. The procedure was a little uncomfortable as lying in a similar position for long periods isn’t the best but I was generally happy throughout the procedure. The anaesthesia injections were slightly painful especially over the front hairline and the stem cell injections also were painful as they were done before anaesthetic on the top of head but overall 10 minutes of a bit pain, then I never felt a thing 😁. In the final 30minutes I did get very cold and shivery on account of the anaesthetic causing my blood pressure to drop towards the end and the fact I hadn’t eaten since the morning. It all happens pretty fast from signing waivers, paying, doctor consultation, photos, head shaving and finally procedure, but at no point was I rushed by staff and I was able to take my time if/when I needed it. This was expected as I did all my research of procedures with other companies and accounts of people I know who have had hair transplants.
The language barrier doesn’t help with the doctors in making you feel comfortable but the translator more than makes up for it and obviously expected due to being in a foreign country. This was no issue as the doctors aired good professionalism which gave me confidence for the procedure to go ahead.

After 6 hours all complete, I was provided a very large and tasty lunch which was needed to restore blood pressure. After 30minutes I started to feel normal again and the shivers had subsided. My translator then explained the next steps and went through their after care products where I purchased a 6 month supply. This could have been an issue for bringing these back on my flight home, however I was advised before my trip by a friend to book a large suitcase and not just take carry on luggage. This was initially an oversight by me and I’ve since found out by many others have also made the mistake. I would suggest EsteNove advise this to customers but also this is why research is important.

My aftercare has been great by the aftercare team. They asked for regular updates in first 12 days then on monthly basis via photos while also asking of my health in regards to my transplant.

To summarise, I highly recommend EsteNove and have already recommended them to friends and colleagues who are interested in a hair transplant. Looking forward to seeing the results after the next 6 months. Thank you very much EsteNove you have made me very happy.

Bonjour, je suis Québécois et j’ai fais affaire avec Estenove. Ce fut un service en or. C’est mieux qu’à Québec. Ils prennent en change tout tout tout… les transports en limousines, le logement dans un hôtel 5 étoiles, l’interprète en français et plus encore. C’est vraiment une entreprise sérieuse et propre. Ils donc même un suivi aux deux jours après l’opération même si je suis revenu à Québec. Tous le processus est parfait. Je les recommande sans hésiter…⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

28 years old. About six months ago, I decided to get a hair transplant, and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I was really scared that it wouldn’t look natural, but they explained every step transparently. My vertex and front hairline were almost completely bald. Now, people can’t even notice I had a transplant. it looks so natural same like my 20’s hair 🥹

They extracted 5000 grafts from my donor area. I was afraid of scarring and empty patches, but during the consultation, they clearly explained how that wouldn’t be an issue with the right care and the right team. Now I understand that the process is 51% the clinic and 49% aftercare. They gave me supportive serums and nutritional supplements have significantly improved my hair’s quality and density. In fact, hair has even started growing in completely bald areas!

They took great care of me, regularly evaluated my progress with weekly photos, and guided me on how often and how to use the serums. I’m now preparing for my second session and have already scheduled my appointment for September. I’ll be sharing photos soon.
