The hotel accommodations are very nice. We have had excellent communication by the team and the surgical team was very good at what they do and it was obvious that the surgeon performing the procedure is highly skilled. Overall, I had a great experience, the only hiccup was with the hotel, but the company was very good about being flexible. The medical staff was great! The doctor and technicians were all very skilled and knowledgeable and my interpreter ( Tanya) was absolutely wonderful . I can’t wait to see the results!

The procedure was great. Staffs are great specially Tanya who helped us a lot 😊 over all so far we had a good experience.

Important to shout out Kevin that arranged all this, took the time to talk and get me to Turkey. I would say from the moment I got picked up from the Airport. I was treated like an absolute priority. The ride to the hotel was incredible with the driver and the inside of the taxi! What an experience. The hotel accommodations were fantastic as they were ready for me to arrive and greeted me with enthusiastic hospitality.
The day of the surgery was a little hectic with traffic but was overall fine.
The receptionist yeveille was amazing. So positive and generous with her time.
Dr. Azak and his team of nurses were fantastic! He was very transparent with me and asked me for my input on what I wanted. He made me feel very comfortable the whole time during the surgery. The nurses did a great job making sure my pain was at a minimum.
Would highly recommend Este Nove for hair transplant procedures

"Positive experience for hair transplant "

Overall had a positive and smooth experience with Estenove. The team performing the procedure did a good job and walked me through each step. The only negative was finding out about some unexpected fees for credit card payment and not realizing this until I was overseas. There was a 10% by Estenove that I didn't expect in addition to my credit card exchange fee adding several hundred dollars to the total.
