"A great firm to deal with"

I ordered all my fencing requirements on Tuesday and delivered on Friday. The driver (Luke) unloaded on his own , due to my age he said. He was brilliant. The office staff where I ordered , were efficient, patient and couldn't have been more pleasant. It was really good doing business with them. From ordering to delivery they were faultless. "Missing wood"

Had my order delivery the other day,I meant to get my order of 10 pieces of wood,but I only got 8 pieces of wood,I had to ring them to get the 2 missing pieces of wood and the person on the other end of the phone give me abuse over the phone, telling me to call back in the week,I would not recommend this company and they rude and disrespectful.

"The Garretts Green site very good"

Went to the Garretts Green site. The two lads there were very helpful & informative. Made an order, different sized panels, was told some were not in sock & would be 2 weeks. Could have the ones they had the next day. Opted to wait & have all panels delivered in one go. Requested a morning delivery, no problems. The delivery driver Stan was very polite & helpful & unloaded the panels neatly on to my drive. When he realised I was on my own he offered to help move them in to the garden with me. I declined this offer only due to the limited access through the garage. Upon checking the panels one had some damage. Stan straight away took a photo & sent it to the office with a message. The panels, square horizontal, are good quality. On the service I've received I would recommend A&P Fencing.

"Fence panels came on time"

Fence panels came on time. It was raining fitted 3, left rest in garage. Rain washed all of the stain off the three I’d put out. They all need re staining. Not great

If there was a thing of no star I would award it too A&P fencing ltd . What I service they provide my order came today driver just literally thru it of the back of his wagon they are taking curb side drop off too the next level half the panels broke 4 rapid set post cement bags ripped would never order from here again stay away from this company total waste of time driver couldn’t put my order too too side as he just stated he can’t due too health and safety BS but came alone with my order that clearly was a 2 man job if they want talk health and safety he just couldn’t be arsed too be fair stay way bad service.........

"Can I just thank A&P"

Can I just thank A&P for prompt return of my money as I placed an order by mistake yesterday so rang them this morning to try and cancel the order which they agreed to do and refund me. The refund was back in my bank within the hour.
Thanks very must so good to see customer service that does what they say they will.

"Poor quality goods, shop elsewhere!"

I was told by a tradesmen to use A&P fencing to order fencing material. I shopped around online and they did come across cheaper than other suppliers. Now that I've had the delivery I know why!
Their material is poor quality from fence panels, concrete post, gravel boards and gate. Not one item was up to standard, it seemed to me that they collected all the old/damaged stuff and sent to me as I was a cash sale/first time diyer.

I spent over £2k with them on one order and they still charged £25 delivery also! The one star I am giving is for the quick delivery, however there was no notification or communication from order to delivery who turned up 7.25am unannounced a few days later.

If you're looking at suppliers it may be worth looking at others as I wouldn't recommend.
