"Disgusting ripped my 7 month pregnant…"

Disgusting ripped my 7 month pregnant daughter off took 285.00 off her and 240.00 from her neighbour to fit a fence from end of july now AUGUST END OF! still no fencing delivered or put up, delivered 6 post. Do not use these people utterly utterly poor disgusting service going to get money back or court.

Regrettably this is not a reliable supplier. I have never received my order or a refund. They are impossible to contact. Even after sending a registered letter I have heard nothing from them.

If I could give fewer than one star, I would. Having ordered some fence panels I had to wait three weeks for delivery - I know there’s a pandemic, and that in itself wasn’t the problem. When delivery finally was made, the panels which arrived were damaged, chipped and evidently had been hanging around for a while as they were covered in bird muck. When ringing up to tell them of this, I was offered a refund, but no apology was made, no attempt to placate or reassure me that this wasn’t usual for them - the woman on the phone was quite rude, saying it wasn’t her fault and that it must have been down to the lads who loaded the van for delivery. Surely it is EVERYONE’S responsibility to ensure customers receive high quality products? I’m wondering why I was left with the panels that no one else wanted? I’ve had a refund, ordered from another company, and will never use A&P again. They’ve just been to collect the panels - funny how they can sit on my money for three weeks yet collect on the same day...smacks of poor quality control and even worse customer service. If they thought I was going to put up with substandard goods they picked the wrong customer. Shocking treatment.

Delivery time is all over the place on placing my order delivery time was quoted 2 weeks now ive checked back on your site it says 3-4 weeks we pay for shipping and goods I can appreciate this is a difficult time but a little bit of reassurance to your customers wouldnt harm for all we know you may have gone bust as alot of companies are closing down. We cant make contact or get a real time update on our orders you just sit and wait day by day hoping it arrives.

I can not recommend this company enough, very professional and efficient. The guy who delivered material was such a gentleman (Shep) went above and beyond to help me, any damsels in distress ask for him. 👍

Hi, I've ordered a high quality top soil as the description shown "Product Description: One tonne of high quality top soil. Delivered loose." It was delivered in 1 tone bulk bag. Looks ok on beginning, black as it should... because it was dry. I did not suspect if is anything wrong with it. I've moved the whole 1 tone from front to rear garden using wheelbarrow, placed in various spots and watered. As it became wet turns out it is a low quality ordinary soil mixed with sand !!! I've bought the soil with intention to cultivate a vegetables therefore it should be high quality soil instead I've received a building site cover up.
