We recently decided to advertise on screens within the Royal Infirmary. The process was really straight forward and MCS Production were great to deal with. From the initial meeting to the advert productions, it all went really smooth.

scammers don't waste money to advertise ,what they promised us and we haven't got our money back for cheap services. project manager came our shop and show us that they gonna display in whole hospital and we noticed that the display in only one place ,so it's a scam four more of my friends faced same problem as they wasted money as well. we decided to go in local council and the places where they advertised to inform that they are using their names.

1-Star Review: Misleading Information and High-Pressure Sales Tactics

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Medical Communication Services who I later found out were Unique Advertising trading as Medical Communication Services. If you look at reviews and feedback for Unique Advertising you would rightly steer clear however they never declared this. During an initial phone call, I was quoted £1,300 for their advertising service. However, once I received the official contract, the price was suddenly increased to £1,857 without any clear explanation.

I felt pressured into signing the contract, and key terms were glossed over during the sales process. I was not given adequate time to review or consider the agreement properly, which left me feeling misled.

Additionally, my nickname was used instead of my legal name on the contract, adding further confusion and making me question the validity of the agreement.

I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to be cautious. The lack of transparency and high-pressure sales tactics made this a deeply frustrating experience. I regret getting involved and hope others can avoid a similar situation.

Scammers!! Signed a year contract with them, next received a letter from a no win no fee lawyer demanding extension of contract!! Would not accept cancellation via email except via a posted letter!
Stay away from these frauds!!

Their reply below is more fraud! Do not fall for it. They lure you into a contract via email, you sign and pay for a year as agreed on the contract, they extend your contract for another year without your permission and get a hungry no win no fee lawyer to start chasing you for payment. Cancellation is only via post. Incident has been reported to trading standards and the police!

"Poor Communications / Refund Please"

Very good sales call and onboarding. Paid in full on the 22nd July and everything went silent from then on. Had to chase multiple times to see any progress, still nothing. Finally got a reply and was advised the hospital we wanted to advertise in couldn’t do the deal anymore so was offered another hospital outside of our location. Offered a refund and advised we would get an email formalising this. Still waiting for the email to advise of refund let alone an actual refund and our money back. Poor communication overall and they will have our money from the 22nd July with nothing to show. Please advise and can we have our money back please.
