Brooks has been very helpful in answering my questions and concerns. I am still having some issues trying to view my reservation but Brooks has been responsive and they personally get a 5 star review. After my trip, if everything goes well, I will be happy to change it to a 5 but since my trip has not happened yet, I will leave it as a 4 since Brooks has been helpful thus far.

If there was a ZERO star rating, I would have chose it. First off, the customer service was terrible. I had to submit a fraud claim with my bank because I was charged more than double of what my ticket actually cost. I had 4 separate charges. When I called customer service the 1st time and told them I had two separate charges, they said one of them would fall off. After I hung up and check my account, I had a 3rd charge. I called back and got the same response. Then I had a 4th charge. At this point I called my bank and submitted a claim. I would not ever call this fake company again. SCAM ARTIST!!!!!
