"I ordered a 600 dollar piece of…"

I ordered a 600 dollar piece of furniture that said it was available. My card was charged, I got an order confirmation email. 2 days later I get an email saying this item is no long available. So I called customer support (jhoe). He never asked for my order number or any info and his response was “we didn’t charge your card” my statement shows 600 dollars being charged to monkey bunks. His solution was to claim a fraud charge which is what I had to do to get my money back. Monkey bunks is a scam!!!!!! DO NOT ORDER

EDIT: Now what I said is definitely true HOWEVER the company reached out to me after I wrote this review and really did everything in their power to make it right. Sounds like the sandbox is shipped through another supplier so they were none the wiser and hopefully this will help someone in the future. Due to their swift and thoughtful reply to my complaint, I WILL be a repeat customer.

In the end, we got a sandbox. In the beginning and middle, we had what appeared to be a broken down sandbox that someone had taken apart and left cracks, chips, and dents in. We needed to use some of our own hardware to get the job done and will not purchase from them again.

The price and quality of the furniture were terrific. The only downside is the long delay in receiving the item. The craftsmanship was unbelievable.
