When drumshack didn’t have my drum case in stock for immediate shipping, they emailed me and asked whether I wanted to proceed with the order or cancel it. They were very accommodating when I told them the date I needed it by and that I would need to give them a new delivery address after that date. When they got it in they emailed to check and make sure the address would still work for me. All in all, it was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had

Really great shop with helpful staff. As someone who hadn’t drummed since I was a teenager and had no experience of e-drums I found the staff to be very knowledgeable and happy to answer all of my questions. They were able to deliver my kit the following day. I will definitely be using this shop again.

Great service. Easy website. Was a little disappointed with the cymbal bag because it had no sleeves to separate the cymbals. Cut the ones out of old Stagg one and used them. Its fine.
