The order was messed up I have ordered counted and have been sent clear tom had I have asked for 10 12 and 14 which I received but once I realized that my tom was 13 and no 14 they didn't want to take the 13' back because part of a dial, which I find absurd.
Then I made another order for a Yamaha 3 way stand, the day after they called me to inform me that they couldn't fulfill my other because Yamaha was closed I don't know for what reason, wich I think was an excuse because they didn't want deal with me because my review.
They couldn't think outside the box and did nothing to help me.
Now I have a 14" Clear tom head and I don't know what to do with it, they told me make another order and buy the 13 again refusing to take the wrong back, a accessible!!
