I made an error with the online order and rang up. The phone was answered straight away when I rang and my order was sorted….friendly and knowledgeable. Delivered on time and the snare drum I bought is excellent. Well packaged. I will use Drumshack again. Highly recommend.

Out Of Stock - Again
Am really disappointed that on both occasions of placing orders on line - where it clearly states the items are in stock - and despite receiving confirmation email confirming the order - a day or so later get an email advising the item is NOT in stock and won't be available for another 3 to 4 weeks at least.
Both of these items were for presents and on both occasions it meant the presents - sourced elsewhere were late.
Even now - 48 hours on since being advised that the drum case I ordered was out of stock - their website still says it is in stock and available - will not be using them in future

Both in person and telephone experience was magnificent from an experienced knowledge base and 'human-centred' helpful attitiude...a breath of fresh air in this day and age!

Special shout out to Alex for going the extra mile to helping me with the purchase of a snare drum and bringing a big smile to my son's face.
