For the past month and a half, I’d been searching everywhere for a replacement rubber hoop for my Roland PD-140DS V-Pad Digital Snare (a 14-inch one that fits over the rim). Roland eventually gave me the contact of someone who could order it for me. I was told it would arrive within a week... three weeks later, I found out it hadn’t even shipped from Japan yet. I canceled the order out of frustration.
