Very pleased with the ordering, the communication that chairs would be delayed due to a production issue, and communication re: shipment and new delivery date.
The only issue was that I received a partial delivery. However, thanks for the response re: that the missing 4 chairs are scheduled for delivery on Monday.

AWFUL. I was never given a complete order summary which would have informed me of any shipping costs. They just automatically submitted my order, which I find very dishonest. I am actually trying to cancel my order based on principal.

Exactly as the compaint below - chairs posing as a walnut and arrived orange colour and they claim they are what I ordered on the website .Good at helpng until you buy.
Walnut is a dark wood yest they claim it is like pine. Awful custoner service - no humans and nobody willing to chat and resolve things.
Say that the many chairs ordered ( 12) that are orange and not walnut cannot be refunded - they are misrepresenting what they are selling on their websites and lying about desciptions of products.

Ordered 2 of these chairs to check the quality. I just ordered 8 more we were so thrilled. Outstanding quality and design. I’ve never seen such detail in packaging. Customer service was a pleasure.

Excellent customer service throughout with good communication back and forth, and very pleased with the wishbone chairs I’ve ordered on first impression when received. There was some delay from ordering to when they arrived, but worth the wait.

"I ordered chairs in February"

I ordered chairs in February. Unfortunately two would not fit under my table therefore I had to return. I paid through Klarna. I was paid in instalments. I had to pay and arrange return myself.
I had contact them to ask if they had received my return and was then asked to provide proof, which I did. Still to this day, I still await last payment of £54!!!!!!!I was told by this company to contact Klarna who told me it was down this company. Never have I experienced this with Klarna! I would never trust this company again !! 😡
