Crap brought a ladder 1 year ago feet gone warranty for 1 year no reply when u phone or email

Great strong sturdy ladders only reason for 4 stars there sent me the wrong feet on the ladders :( i asked for articulated feet and there sent ladders with stabiliser bars

Ordered ladders and waited over a month, which was fine as I was informed of the delay. Ladders were then delivered but missing the stabilising bar, feet and bolts. A week later I’m still chasing for them to be delivered!!

"Great customer service"

Having ordered a ladder online which offered near next day delivery I was initially disappointed to receive an email saying my order might take anything up to four weeks.
This was explained in the email as company reorganisation.
I telephoned esales at Titan and spoke to Bev who was very polite ( considering numerous calls from disgruntled customers like myself).
She provided great customer service, kept me updated on her enquiries to locate me a ladder and arranged delivery. The ladder was safely delivered a few days later.
Great individual customer service and my son is extremely happy with his ladder.

"I was charged £45.00 for my delivery…"

I was charged £45.00 for my delivery but got a refund of £30.00 because the charge of £45 was wrong but know one in Titan knows why this overcharged occurred ( I’ve heard that one too many times ) but it took over one week to be delivered to me. I only used Titan because I needed the accessory to match a previous ladder I bought from them, but I won’t be buying anything more from them. I will go elsewhere

The ladder stay arrived one day earlier than agreed, without agreed warning, I was still in bed. My e-mail to Titan regarding this mistake remains unanswered.
