"This place scams you out of money"

This place scams you out of money, I’m writing this for a friend who doesn’t have access, these people take orders, take your money and you get nothing and the responses stop. Save yourself the headache and go else where.

"Shut down pharmacy without…"

They shut down their pharmacy without notice to any customers, without any warning to staff.

Their technology has been full of flaws, and their management has been abysmal.

"Snata Fe Medley... Beware"

I went to Santa Fe, NM to get a vaccination. They made a significant error and it was clear that there were no redundancies in place to prevent any such errors. The staff was VERY rude. The pharmacy manager was very unprofessional. I would have pegged her for customer service staff, not a pharmacy manager. The error that they made could be critical/dangerous under the right circumstances.

"Started well, but now unreliable"

When we started with Medly they were quite good. But this last year has been one of inconsistency and excuses. Not really an issue for most businesses but when it is for time sensitive medications, it is. I would say use them if you need medications that don’t require timely filling. If you need meds effectively delivered in a timely fashion you should probably look elsewhere.
TLDR: Mostly good but unreliable.

"I don’t know what happen to medly in…"

I don’t know what happen to medly in the last couple months but their services has went down the toilet. I have requested an itemized claim history of my prescriptions. I have text, called and emailed asking for this list but nothing. Now i have to repaid my fsa because of poor service.

"Medley unprofessional. I don't trust them."

I've been having Medley Pharmacy deliver my HUMIRA prescription for the past year. This is a medicine that MUST be kept cold. On their first delivery, in summer 2020, it was delivered in a flimsy cold pack that was completely melted, and the medicine was warm. I had to refuse it -- they replaced it the next day. But the van that delivered it didn't even have a cooler. However, I gave it a second chance and all other deliveries were ok.

But this month (Sept. 2022), just before my delivery came due, I called them just to check -- and they said they had no supplies of HUMIRA!!! No notification or anything -- I had to accidentally find out for myself! So I transferred the prescription to CVS. It comes very well packaged, in an insulated cooler!

I would not trust Medley, and they are not professional.

"Medly pharmacy was delivering my…Forgotten customer unhappy"

Medly pharmacy was delivering my prescription eyedrops there was always a problem having them dropped off then on my last order they never showed up I called and what they told me is they can’t get them anymore so I asked the lady you weren’t even gonna call or let me know you just stop delivering them I am getting them from ShopRite pharmacy now much better place

"Medley (1222 Walnut St PHILA) cannot meet its delivery obligations"

I just got off the phone with Angela. She was very nice and apologetic, like all Medley's customer service employees have been, unfortunately the story she gave had the same net effect; my drug delivery would not be made today but was scheduled for tomorrow. My wife and I had scheduled the same procedure next week, and the Doctor's office sent identical script to Medley Monday for both of us. My wife's script was delivered Tuesday. I asked the delivery person if he had my script. He thanked me for asking, saying Medley doesn't inform delivery personnel that they have dual scripts for delivery to the same address. He checked his vehicle and came back and said it would likely be delivered the next day. My wife called Medley, spoke with Spencer who said the script would be delivered Wednesday before 7 p.m. On Wednesday morning, my wife called and spoke to Stacy who said she'd talk to the delivery manager to ensure delivery Wednesday. Stacy said if we allowed for porch delivery, it would ensure delivery Wednesday. We agreed. No delivery Wednesday. Thursday morning I called and spoke with Ty. She apologized for the problems with our delivery, said she'd get with the delivery manager and call us back to confirm delivery today. Thursday afternoon I called and spoke with Angela, where I started this review. Angela, like the others was apologetic. She said she'd try and get us delivery today and placed me on hold. She got back on the phone and said the delivery manager said our delivery was scheduled for Friday. I told her we leave tomorrow and won't return before our appointment Monday so delivery tomorrow is unhelpful...like all of the employees at Medley. I guess I'll be re-scheduling my procedure and imploring my doctor to never subject any other patients to having to deal with Medley.

"Worst Pharmacy ever 1222 Walnut Street Philadelphia Pa…"

Medly Pharmacy ,at 12th Walnut Street Philadelphia, does not deliver as promised. Every day for a week I was told a difference story (lies) as to why my meds were not ready. Also, every day for a week I would get a difference story line as to why I my meds were not delivery and every day I would offer to pick them up myself. Now, the day before my surgery when I really needed my meds, I was promised it would be delivery between 9am and 1pm. I called Medly to check on my delivery. Of course, they said my meds was not schedule for delivery, as promised. Now I was told the delivery service had stopped for today. It was only 1:15pm at that time of calling Medly and they told me between 9am-1pm.
So, I volunteered, once again, to pick up my meds, even though time and time again for two week they said they would deliver them. It is crazy, the receptionist kept stating they would be happy to delivery my package. I am not mad I had to go into center city pick them up, I am just mad they lied to me over and over again with a nice pleasant voice.
