I ordered a replacement Karcher pressure washer hose but it didn't arrive.
I contacted Equip2Clean, who quickly found out that ParcelForce had lost the package and they resent another hose.
Unfortunately the wrong hose was sent this time.
Again I contacted Equip2Clean who admitted the mistake and immediately sent the correct hose which arrived at my door 20hrs later !
Anyone can sell you anything online, but I judge the integrity of a company on how they react to customer problems.
Although I experienced issues, I cannot fault the service and speed of which Equip2Clean customer service worked quickly to rectify them.
I would not hesitate to recommend or buy again from Equip2Clean.

Not a bad company however on 3 occasions now when they give me a delivery date and time from my orders it’s never been delivered on time and always seems to be at least a week late.
