"AWFUL customer service"

AWFUL customer service, they completely invalidate your experience. The information about shipping is confusing and unclear e.g. my shipment was delayed due to Lunar New Year public holidays but there is no way of knowing this from their site. They offered me a pissweak $5 refund when I asked for a full refund. They email you from 'job lady' which is low key unhinged.

Total scam company! Offers 3-5 day delivery and I am 20 day so it and they still say in production. Requested refund right after the order exceeded the contract timeline and still nothing. Total scam business. Fake goods and services.

Nobody is answering my emails on lalakyorder at gmail.com at all. it's three weeks since my order and nothing has been received, no answers when I write them. I will have to dispute the payment this week I'm afraid

"Overall disappointment"

Ordered custom hockey jerseys, thought they’d scale up the proportions to fit hockey gear, did not in fact, got jerseys ranging from medium to 3XL and the torso length between all of them changes by like less than an half-inch, only the shoulder width and arm length change proportionally, if you plan on ordering order only Larges for the smaller members of your team and use the XL-3XL for the remaining members based on height, or just go to mensleaguesweaters.com and go more expensive for a better deal. Other than the sizing, for the price per custom jersey the quality isn’t bad, namebar and numbers on the back is small but the printing of the logo/nambar/numbers are quite good. Probably wouldn’t order again as I’ve learned my lesson to go more expensive for better quality next time

"SCAMMED"

Ordered a gift for sons christmas and at checkout it said want it in 2-5 days pay extra £20 so I stupidly did onky to find out it us a) in China made out it was a UK site, B) 8 days later it still hasnt been made yet and they just say its in production over £70 wasted cheers, nothing professional about company you need to log into your messenger if you want a receipt or tracking of item? Is that not very odd? No doubt a total scam

"Better than expected"

I didnt have the highest expectations since i assumed the jerseys would be made a similar from all others because of the price
But the quality is honestly amazing
And for the price paid i couldnt be happier
And shipping was suprisingly fast aswell
