Great summer kit. The boys love it. overall the quality is great.

"Worst customer service ever"

Worst customer service ever. Ordered 4 soccer sets personalised. Firstly, sizing is very small, secondly whilst the material is actually nice the personalisation is shocking. It is iron ones with lots of marks and creases. Have used much better companies previously for the same price. Don’t be fooled by their returns policy which states 100% satisfaction refund. They have refused to refund our money. We are currently going via PayPal to try and get a refund.

"Sizing extremely small."

Quality good but sizing is extremely small. Ordered XXL for a friend and vest fit me (I am a medium), so wasted my money as it was personalised for his 50th birthday.

"No changes allowed!"

We requested a proof image prior to printing... a proof was sent but they decided to go ahead and print the jerseys immediately. Unfortunately, our logo was on the incorrect side so we've had to pay a second time to get the correct jersey. Needless to say, we used an alternative company for the second batch.
It would be good if changes were allowed prior to printing as the online ordering system does not give a visual representation.

It’s coming from China and it’s cheap so of course it’s going to be iron on and of course post will take a little time.

Chinese sizes run small, I expected this and ordered up 2 sizes, fits fine.

Company took time getting my logo off me for printing.

No problems rest of the team are jealous :)

Quality of the materia bought is great with affordable price and access to communicating with the staff and prompt responses to my request of size change after the order was made . Name printing and numbers with requested logo are great quality as well .
