"TECHNICAL SUPPORT"
Technical support offered no help and arranged for an engineer to come out. Less than an hour later, I received a call from Technical Support to say there were things they could have run through with me, rather than getting an engineer out! As he was on his way, they left it for the engineer to sort. However, given that we have had no service on the machine for over 12 months, I am satisfied that an engineer is coming out, although not sure the problem can/will be resolved - hence only 3 stars
Engineer was promised by 14:45, it is now 15:52 and no-one has arrived. Hopefully the engineer that first contacted me will be here tomorrow at about 11 am???

I had an urgent query from our external auditors which needed a prompt response. On calling the customer service team the response was extremely helpful - day before Christmas Eve and we were up against it. Every promise made to help if possible and I was very pleased to receive the required info within 3 hours. Very relieved and most grateful!
