We recently tried to re-credit our machine only to find the re-credit failed, causing post being delayed. After speaking with you we were informed we had been put on stop, however we pay be direct debit for postage and the invoice issued in October was paid on the 10th November 2021, therefore there was no reason why we should have been put on stop. We are extremely disappointed with your service and when the time comes to replace the machine will definitely reconsider our options

No instructions received on set up or on how to use the machine. Nothing straight forward about using the machine and customer is expected to self learn! Would not recommend to other businesses.
